Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eunostreetwear@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or an error on our end, EUNO will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Sizing

EUNO does not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and selecting the appropriate size before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
